If your profile matches at least 90% of the job requirements, you will first be invited to complete an AI-based test consisting of basic multiple-choice questions. Upon successfully passing this stage, you will receive a call from our HR team for a telephonic interview, followed by a practical test with our client. The final stage includes salary and joining discussions with the respective client company. Please note that all hiring decisions are made by the client, not Watercode.in.
