Job Summary:
We are hiring a Toll Booth Attendant to assist in collecting toll payments and ensuring the smooth movement of traffic at the toll plaza. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with little experience who want to start a career in transportation, service, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect toll payments from vehicle drivers quickly and accurately.
- Issue receipts and manage cash or digital transactions.
- Provide correct change and assist customers with queries.
- Monitor vehicle entry and exit to ensure orderly traffic flow.
- Keep the toll area clean and safe.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
