Key Responsibilities

As a Publication Distribution Worker, your main tasks will include:

✅ Organizing and Sorting Publications
Prepare newspapers, magazines, brochures, and other materials for distribution according to addresses, delivery zones, or client requirements.

✅ Planning Delivery Routes
Work with supervisors to map out efficient routes, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time while minimizing fuel and effort.

✅ Loading and Unloading Materials
Assist in loading publications into vehicles or transport systems and safely unloading them at designated delivery points.

✅ Distributing Publications to Clients
Ensure that publications are delivered to homes, businesses, educational institutions, or distribution points according to schedules.

✅ Tracking Deliveries
Maintain logs of completed deliveries, notify supervisors of missed or delayed deliveries, and ensure that records are accurate.

✅ Handling Customer Queries
Respond to customer inquiries politely, resolve minor delivery issues, and escalate major concerns to management.

✅ Following Safety and Handling Protocols
Ensure that publications are handled carefully during loading, transport, and delivery to prevent damage.

✅ Maintaining Transport Equipment
Assist with vehicle maintenance, fuel checks, and ensuring that distribution equipment is clean and operational.

✅ Collaborating with Teams
Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and clients to meet deadlines and resolve delivery-related challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Work Schedule & Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role that may require working during early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on publication schedules. Work is mostly outdoors or in loading facilities, with structured tasks and clearly defined responsibilities.

You will be working in fast-paced environments where punctuality and efficiency are essential. Proper training, supervision, and support will be provided to help you excel in your tasks.
