Key Responsibilities
✅ Process Design and Optimization

Apply continuous improvement techniques such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to eliminate inefficiencies and defects.
✅ Supply Chain and Logistics Support
Optimize inventory levels, material flow, and distribution processes to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Automation and Technology Integration
Collaborate with software and robotics teams to automate processes and introduce smart manufacturing systems.
✅ Safety and Compliance
Ensure that workplace safety, ergonomics, and environmental regulations are followed.
✅ Team Collaboration
Work closely with engineers, technicians, managers, and clients to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
✔ Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and simulation tools
✔ Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
✔ Analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✔ Knowledge of CAD and process modeling software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, FlexSim, etc.)
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications (Optional but beneficial):
✔ Master’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering
✔ Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
✔ Experience with ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
✔ Understanding of automation, robotics, or IoT-based manufacturing
