Key Responsibilities

As a Food Production Line Operator, you will:

✅ Operate and Monitor Production Lines
Ensure machinery and equipment are functioning correctly while maintaining production speed and efficiency.

✅ Prepare and Mix Ingredients
Assist in the preparation of raw materials, ensuring proper measurement and mixing as per guidelines.

✅ Inspect Product Quality
Check food products for consistency, texture, and safety standards before packaging.

✅ Ensure Compliance with Food Safety Standards
Follow strict hygiene practices, wear protective gear, and handle materials as per safety protocols.

✅ Document Production Records
Keep detailed records of batches, production timelines, and quality checks to ensure traceability.

✅ Maintain Equipment
Clean, inspect, and maintain machines regularly to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.

✅ Collaborate with Team Members
Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and other operators to meet production targets and resolve issues.

✅ Handle Packaging and Labeling
Ensure that finished products are packaged correctly, labeled with batch numbers, expiration dates, and nutritional information.

✅ Identify and Report Issues
Report any malfunctioning equipment, inconsistencies in products, or safety concerns to management.

Work Schedule & Environment
