Key Responsibilities

• Collect toll charges from vehicles at the highway toll booths.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper records of transactions.
• Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
• Ensure smooth flow of traffic and assist drivers when needed.
• Monitor toll lanes and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety and security protocols at the toll area.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the booth area.
• Work in shifts and manage customer interactions politely and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Trustworthy, honest, and punctual.
• Ability to handle cash and basic accounting.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Physically fit and ready to work in outdoor conditions.
• Basic knowledge of computers or POS systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Previous experience in toll collection, cashiering, or customer service.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
• Knowledge of highway rules and safety procedures.
